Brig D.W. Hall ~ 8 Jun 1842
The brig D.W. Hall, Captain Atwell commanding, was en route from Mobile, AL to Baltimore when it went ashore 12 miles south of Hatteras Light during a strong southeast gale. Her crew and cargo of cotton were saved.
