Schooner Two Brothers ~ 1797

On this day in 1797 it was reported out of Wilmington that the schooner Two Brothers under Captain Johnathan Glover was cast away at New Topsail Inlet near Topsail Island. The vessel and cargo were lost and unfortunately the Captain's father drowned. The remaining crew were saved.
